9-3 (07) flashing door button and no CL/EW?

Hi All,
The NS rear door has power to it but no longer locks/unlocks with the other doors and the electric window does not work. However the electric window button flashes constantly showing power is still going to the door. I took the connector off and checked it but it is fine (large one in the door shut) but to no avail. If I take the card off all I think I will find is a two lots of wires and their associated connections. Any idea???
