Hi.
My Heater Blower comes on full blast when i start the car, stays on for a few minutes then turns off.

Any ideas?

Thanks Colin

Colin. Probably a failed part in the controller ECU. I had issues with mine, sent it off for a refurb and havent had any problems since. Think it was about £30 a few years ago. At work so cant locate the old posts but if you have a search I am sure I posted a note and links to the refurb co.

Thanks Ian
Iv'e just spoke to Paul Smith at PS Electronic and he said it could be more to do with the panel as it seems to work ok after the blower stops.

Colin have a look at the pins on the plug once you disconnect it from the ECU and the corresponding pin holes. Mine looked slightly blackened. If you find this, take a very small drill bit and just clean the holes to ensure contacts are good, then a bit of WD40. Worth trying before you take off anything else or send off parts for refurb.
