West Mids meet up this weekend?
Discussion
I wonder if there are any experienced TVR types that are planning on attending the West Mids meet-up, and fancy taking a look over a Tamora for me? I live way down south, and with kid commitments it will prove pretty tricky for me to get up that way to view it...so I don't want to turn up and find a dog.
Please let me know if you fancy playing 'vehicle inspector'.
Thanks,
Dan

If the weathers decent, I might head down to see who's still knocking around (been out of TVR ownership for 3/4 years now - see my profile).
I'll happily have a poke around for you. I'm knowledgeable with TVRs - IF I end up going.
Drop me a PM with your number. IF I go, I'll give you a call?

I had a look and a very interesting 20 mins read that was L33
OP I will be going to the meet after a 3hr drive around the Cotswold's organized by a WWM region member, but even after 3 TVR's I'm a novice on what to really look out for. Cosmetically I know the difference between good/bad but under the bonnet is not my area.

Hi L33 and indeed all others, thanks for your replies.
L33, with your experience it would be great if you could take a look for me (if you go). To the other guys, I'm sure the owner won't mind one bit if you head over, say hello and have a look also, I'm sure he'll be happy to chat.
The car is an orange Tamora and I'm interested specifically in chassis condition (particularly around the drivers side front), paintwork (again mainly around the front), and engine...although I doubt there's much that can be found without more in-depth investigation. Other than that, just general bits and bobs that you would generally take a look at. It is a former Cat D.
The owner is called Jony.
Thanks all.
