I'm not local to Redbridge but I pick up a co-worker who is so I drive through that roundabout almost every day. I definitely get your point about red lights there, seemingly if it's only been red for a second or two it's still green as far as most drivers are concerned. That and the roundabout at Gant's Hill are free-for-all it seems, just pick a lane you like the look of regardless of which exit you're taking smile.

This is a joke....right?
Assuming you find people pulling out onto roundabouts in front of other people, who have to take evasive action to avoid a crash, funny. Then yes. It's probably hilarious.

Evasive action as in you had to slow down a bit and let someone out?
A tad dramatic to say the least.

This stuff goes on everywhere, everyday. Its just modern driving. The vast majority of people don't feel the need to video it, then edit the video, then put it online and then open a discussion about it.

Wish I could of caught this on camera this morning...

There's a particular stretch of road I sometimes travel on where the traffic becomes particularly heavy for a short period (maybe 400m) due to a pedestrian crossing and a pair of mini-roundabouts before the crossing (from the right is a school).

This numpty in a ST220 doesn't give way to the right, almost crashing into a car (Peugeot) that it just haven't given way to. However, the Peugeot manages to scrape through and I assume that's that for the time being - just a misunderstanding.

However... A few yards down the road, the traffic stops and the Peugeot driver gets out, walks to the driver's side of the Mondeo and starts having stern words with the Mondeo driver. The Mondeo driver then yells something out of the door as the Peugeot driver walks back. The traffic starts moving again and, with the Mondeo driver having spotted a gap in the queue in front of the car in front of the Peugeot, overtakes the line of traffic, slotting into the queue two cars ahead of where it was. The road we were on was a single carriageway.

What a .

Well A) It wasn't me. And...I can't stress this point enough...B) The OP said it wasn't that interesting before he posted it. So you really don't get to say "Its just modern driving". Without people thinking "duh we know, the op pointed that out to start with...

But it's still not a joke.

Even if the left hand lane was straight on, I could have been turning right and he still entered the right hand lane. There was no need.
Should I have crashed into him at the roundabout as I was in the correct lane? People in the caravan/lorry thread seemed t think that as worse
Never a good idea to go for an overtake on a roundabout, or even to get that close to a car in the next lane - see my post of the roundabout video showing something similar further up this thread.

Somehow in this video situation I had a suspicion I shouldn't go past this small truck on its left, whether legal or not. Maybe the biker in the previous posts should have had the same hesitation....
This truck should have been in the left hand lane after the yellow box junction.

YouTube has compressed the quality again, but there's a small prize of a smiley for the correct make/model of the wreck on the back of the truck ... idea
Lexus is200?
It was a Honda Accord, the one that was much the same as a Rover 600.

I live near there, awful driving, I agree with all the above. I find myself trying to around that roundabout correctly without an obstruction impossible.

nah its about drivig with due care
If you can see someone else has made a mistake you dont just crash into them regardless, and so make a second mistake. It's enough having one fool without having two (copyright von)
If there's have an opportunity to avoid a collision, it's a good idea to take it

I thought the motorbike/car interaction around 28 seconds in was more interesting!

How do I stop youtube jumping for these vids smash
all I get is
the bike suddenly front right of camera car
the bike behind an mpv just begiining to move right
the bike in front of the mpv

How do you get a smoother video? I'm guessing everyone else can see what happened in between?

I've been watching those and just rolling around laughing - they have simply got to be a pisstake "you caaaaaaaahnt!" etc There is no way they can be real - and as for the wife, bloody hell what a horror! They simply cannot be for real, I can't believe such horrible, petty vicious people exist.

I travel on quite a lot of those roads and if I saw that Disco there is no way that I could possibly restrain myself from cutting him up, undertaking, lane changing - I'd follow them round and make it my hobby biggrin There's all the 'beeps' too, presumably where he is saving the dashcam clip; I've a suspicion that they batch them up every day and send the clips to the police.

He looks such a mild mannered, chubby, vapid pudding too. And why on earth has he taken that photo on what appears to be a dump? - there's plenty of beautiful scenery in Yorkshire.

What a weapons-grade cocksocket! rofl
Most of his comments are massive over reactions - presumably to get more viewers.

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced dash cam and is the halfrauds fitting service worthwhile?

Not mine but it shows another person using a left lane at a roundabout to go straight on. This time it doesn't go quite as planned for him.

It is another stupidly laid out junction though.
