Just got back home after 2 days of fun in the countryside. Event organised by Sportingbears so raised a bit of cash for charriideee too...

Set up for the weekend is a non-competitive road rally - proper road book so no mucking about with convoys and kept my OH entertained with navigating (something she was much better at than I ever was!)

Took in some nice countryside around Kirby Stephen, Lazenby, up to Lannercost and over to Kielder on Saturday. Sunday ended up at the Lakeland Motor Museum - been a few times but not since the Speed12 arrived - what a beast! Nice to see they parked it next to a fire engine just in case hehe

Some nice motors participating but only yours truly with a TVR. Saw a few on the road though - mainly over Kielder way and around the A69.

Here's a few pics of the fun (don't take the p*ss about the stuffed bear - its mandatory)

And at the Lakeland Motor Museum - TVR number 2 and the Speed 12, nice pair of bookends for a collection!

Sadly not much roof off time - rained both days and apparently wind and rain are not compatible with the requirement to follow this...
