With respect, who are you to judge whether or not the SNP are fit to govern?
He is a member of the electorate of the UK and, I think, Scotland. Which makes him perfectly entitled to judge. That is the role of the electorate. Rick_1138 said:

A letter to the Financial Times:
Sir, Sincere thanks for bringing the sorry state of affairs in Scotland to the fore in your editorial “The SNP’s incompetence as a party of government” (September 1). As a Scotswoman who, along with half the population of Scotland, failed to vote for the Scottish National party in the last election, I feel a growing sense of unease and even fear at the direction Scottish policy is taking, from the cringeworthy promotion of the Scots language to the scary stories involving Police Scotland.
Every parent of school age children in Scottish public education is currently obsessing about the lack of teachers and the abomination that is Curriculum for Excellence — or, as the teaching profession in Scotland likes to call it, Curriculum for “Feels” (fools) because of the low marks now needed to obtain a pass. Ten thousand Scottish teachers have this year applied for early retirement!
Living in Scotland no longer feels comfortable: individuals and organisations intimidated during the referendum campaign continue to think twice before criticising the SNP for fear of recrimination, and I dread to think what will happen if the SNP gets an even bigger majority next May in the Holyrood elections — a new law to turf out folk not deemed Scottish enough, perhaps? A year ago I would have laughed at the idea, but today, I’m not so sure it couldn’t happen.

Welcome to 21st Century Scotland, where Ethnic Nationalists like "Dr" Paul Monaghan become SNP MPs and represent Scotland.
We would normally recommend people complain to his party, but there is probably no point since nothing will be done anyway.
Scotland has become desensitised to such bigotry

Talking about laws to kick out non jocks sounds like hysterical clap trap to me. Whaddah they gonna do, make me put my house on the market and march me south because I'm a guffy?
Recent changes to land laws are similar to those passed by the germans in orer to take land and properties back from the Jews.I wouldn't be surprised if we see a law in the not to distant future that says to own land in Scotland you have to be Scottish or pay a hefty premium

Oh come off it man, are you seriously suggesting that the Scottish SNP Government will announce a levy on foreign nationals buying a house?
look at the quote from one of there MP's a blatant racist. If you get a majority of MSP's you can pass any law you like. So lets not say not scottish enough lets call it a foreign investment property stabilization premium. An sell it as a way of keeping houses affordable for scottish people.Either way its a tax on people who are not scottish etc. Could it happen sure, will it happen I doubt that but if the MP quoted earlier is not a minority than such regressive policies become more probable.
