There seem to be a plethora of these so called T-boosters on the market.. Testo Fuel, Prime Male etc..
I'm not swayed by fancy marketing, pictures of ripped abs, but I was curious if anyone has used a product like these?
Are they just snake oil, and would taking a good quality vitamin, Zinc, magnesium supplement be just as effective?

They might have testostrone in them, but I couldn't say whether that would have any effect on body levels.

I'm also pretty sure testosterone causes baldness too, so it's just some toy shots of an energy drink for people who don't feel manly enough.

This...

There is no legal supplement you can buy to boost T. Also, a good diet helps.

What are your current test levels? are they normal, low or high?

What would your reasons be for taking them?

Before buying a product look thoroughly into the company and product your interested in!

Can I state that I know nothing about test boosters and have never used them, but I buy supplements (whey protein, bcaas).

Some orals are legal.
Very toxic to the liver though.

All a waste of time/money.

As I thought, thanks for the responses.

I had a blood hormone test a few weeks ago, results for T were 'normal'

It was just something a friend of mine mentioned, I'm 44 this year..keep fit, healthy diet etc.. But he said something like Testo Fuel will help with weight loss, muscle gain, increased libido..etc etc..

Unless you have very low levels and have a medical need for it, I wouldn't worry about test levels. Some of the so-called boosters contain herbs that are supposed to boost levels but probably no more effective than everyday foods that are good for test levels.

As long as you've got a good diet to complement your training and getting plenty of quality sleep then your testosterone levels will take care of them self.

Try reducing the time you sleep so you're continually tired, plenty of alcohol to increase oestrogen levels along with taking lots of soya based foods ( oestrogen booster apparently) to go with a crap, fast food based high sugar diet wink

Failing that, buy a Mazda MX5! biglaugh

Is there a joke in there about getting someone drunk before suggesting oral....

Nothing legal.

There are however plenty on the market (including Amazon) with prohibited substances in them.

But if you're going down that avenue you may as well go see the local gym rat and just buy a few vials from him.

If you are determined you will need to try and get some Restandol (capsules) or Testogel (gel to be applied to skin).
I'll leave the means of obtaining them up to you!

The above prohormones/test gels etc will reduce/shut down your natural test and replace it with synthetic versions, so not really test boosters.

'Normal' is normal and doesn't need changing.

There are better ways to deal with weight, muscle & libido.
