Yes thats the type, I've seen some Carlsson items on e-bay and they do look better than the standard ones.

That doesn't sound like too shabby an alternative to me.

According to my average fuel consumption you are buying about 500 litres of fuel a month.

The long term average is about 27. A lot of the time these days Im averaging about 30 trundling up and down the A34 and M40.

More importantly I just fill up on Sunday night and hand the invoice to the secretary at work on Monday and get repaid in full smile

Bit of a mis-calculation on my part there then. I know they can do upper 20's I did it once setting the car into comfort with the roof up.

My best to date is 27 mpg, I re-set the trip computer for a journey from home to Lyndhurst for a PH Breakfast meeting, that was roof up sticking rigidly to the 70 mph on the M27. I was quite pleased with that. I did plan a different route back along the more twisty A/B roads and got my usual 15.
Not got down to single figures yet though must practice a bit more.

That must be unique to that model then because mine is an N/A engine but has no shutdown.

In my defence of selling the Sagaris alex, I did use the proceeds to go and play with an Integrale Evo and then a 308 before coming back to brute force smile

Anyway, it's good to see so many of recognise some kindred spirits between Blackpool and Afalterbach smile

No I had wheel Gators fitted so they now need replacing, he lost control damaged the Rear Bumper & Front Splitter. Then I think he became afraid of it hasn't turned a wheel in 14 Months it was left in a Barn the Interior is caked in dust.

So I'll wash it today & see where to go with it.

So far the list is.

Repaint the Front & Rear Bumpers
New Front Splitter
Paint Refresh
Detail Clean
Full Service
Brake Hydraulic Coolant & Gearbox Fluid change
New Tyres (they've been sat to long for my liking)

He's only added 2100 miles!!! smile
