I think part of the issue is there's no real deterrent to such s
t behaviour, is there.
A nasty scrote like this is unlikely to be new to police action, I'd have guessed, so I doubt any minor slap on the wrist from a youth court will change her behaviour.
A normally upstanding member of society can easily have their life all but ruined over a relatively minor indiscretion - loss of job, then home, etc, etc - but scrotes lives aren't really affected by punishment beyond the immediate sentence.
Would be better if punishments were meted based upon their effect on the individual being sentenced.

I'm sorry but I don't see how this is meant to demonstrate the downfall of western society? Kids in school will fight. It may be rare that the two pugilists are of a different sex, but the law of averages must dictate that it will happen sometimes.

And there lays the issue...Reminds me of that bloke stood in a doorway while a gang of violent men and women were wanting to kick the st out of him.
