2007 Honda S2000 in Solid Black detail,headlight restoration

I had this recently purchased 2007 Honda S2000 in Solid Black with Red Leather dropped in to be improved, the car had not been maintained well regarding the paint and appearance.

Request was to get the paint looking half decent again, restore the headlights and improve the general appearance of the leather inside.

How long do you expect the lenses to stay clear like that? They are starting to cloud up on my MR2, but I don't want to polish them, then have them get worse.

To be honest the climate I live in is pretty harsh so hopefully they last a decent time but it could be 6 months they last as a worst case, summer is just kicking in here so will see. They were protected afterwards with a sealant containing UV blockers and then finally waxed so hopefully they do last a good time frame before needing to be done again.
