My name, email, it's all gone

[Nicola is lost]

Posting on a new name and email as I can't access the site through my name or email.

I was Nicol@.
Added my name to the list/requests before changeover as PH bot wanted me to have an odd name.
After changeover I was given another new weird name but told here that my old name should work.

I can't log in using Nicol@ or the weird new name and if I request a password to my email address or old and new names, nothing arrives.

Your username got changed to "Nicola-z814y" so you can't login using that username and your old password then change it back?

(Techies might be able to fix if not)
