Gave this a go in general TVR with no luck.
Looks like I'm taking my TVR to a veteran car run in Ireland in 10 days, I had planed to take my Model T racer but this happened yesterday.

So if my bad luck sticks and something falls off or snaps and I'm in a rush who do I ring in Ireland?

Who do the Irish guys deal with?

There is a guy called Greg Connolly that everyone that doesn't do their own maintenance uses, north and south.

Torqueflyte Engineering
Ballygowan
Co Down.

I will dig out his number in the morning if someone else doesn't come up with it before that.

Whereabouts is the veteran run?

As for the crankshaft, that would never happen to a TVR wink
