Jackson & How? Anyone ever made contact?

Has anyone ever tried to buy a car from Jackson & How specialist cars near Nottingham? For the second time they have a car that I'm interested in. A few years ago I was looking to buy a Ferrari 308 but despite trying to call at various time throughout the day my calls were never answered. Nor were any emails I sent asking to view the car. Now 2 years later I'm after an Aston Martin DB7, of which they have a one for sale but yet again they are impossible to contact. Never answering calls or replying to emails.

Has anyone ever actually dealt with them? Do they actually exist or is it some sort of front for a top secret organisation or money laundering? How have they ever managed to sell a car? They must have done as their stock has changed over time.
