Roof section replacement
Discussion
I was wondering if anyone knew if you can purchase replacement panels/sections for the Tuscan roof. The Targa roof is actually made up of 3 separate sections, the main centre section and two smaller sections at each side.
Unfortunately, I discovered this when the offside section of my 2000 Mk1 detached itself from the car on the motorway recently. Needless to say, I'm trying to source a replacement but am struggling to find one.
Thanks.

Contact Julian Arnold at Fibreon. He has a mould for these. There are two types.

Am I right in thinking that the first roof was made with the side wing/gutter as separate parts which were then glued and screwed onto the main section. The second roof was made as 1 unit. I have a 2000 which has the 3 parter and would like a 1 parter if my thinking is right? Therefore does anyone know what year the roof design/manufacture was changed?

Dunno when the change was made but my 2004 certainly looks like its moulded as 1-piece. Gassing Station | Tuscan | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
