Software to monitor my ISAs fund performance

Using AJ Bell to invest into various funds/equities - their site is simple and cheap but only shows my holding that day.

Is there software I can stick my holdings into, units numbers etc and it shows (maybe with pretty graphs!) how my stuff is doing?
