Hi All,

I need to buy a new code reader as my cheapo orange one won't even talk to my other halfs 2009 Punto.

There's such a selection though it's incredibly hard to know which one to go for, ideally I'd like to spend under £100 but have something that will do as much as possible for the cash.

Any suggestions please?

These look good for the price, the problem is you dont know if its going to communicate with the car until you try it.

Bluetooth/wifi plug in code reader, "ELM327" is a handy keyword to look out for, and a copy of this -

Roughly £35 for the program, or even the free version might be good enough.

Plenty of other software for the same code reader plug in, like http://forscan.org/ for Fords etc.

Haven't tried it on many cars but seems OK for the money
