I'd be up for it. Prefer not to do it as teams; it's bad enough when you disconnect and fail to score points yourself, but it's particularly unfair for your team-mate.
Not sure why we need to restrict it to three cars in each class; if someone wants to race a Feltzer or Infernus, why stop them? They're not massively slower than the best in class. Using different classes each week would be good, though.

I'm up for it. I'd like it to be a lot simpler though
I'd prefer no teams, it'll only be me losing points if I can't make it or suck. Would hopefully allow me to be a bit more casual with it. I think it would also get more people involved as some of the people who don't race as much would be happy to race on their own but would feel too much pressure to do well for their team mate and wouldn't want to let them down.
A few people don't have a custom car in every class and can't afford to if the class changes each week. I'd like to see a single car series like the comet cup or something.
Happy with 30 min races at the same time each Sunday. Tracks with pit stops that don't punish you would be good and optional as they cant really be enforced and I'm trying to avoid rules.
I want the arguing to be kept to a minimum, everything should be decided before we start. Such as weather and time of day set to current, the cars and playlist for the whole series. Arguing between races isn't cool.
My ideal would be:
The Comet Cup, raced on a predefined Red Rum playlist. One 30 minute track with weather and time set to current each Sunday for 5 weeks.
This would make practising more fun too as we can do a playlist instead of a single track for a whole week. If the majority want something else, I don't mind, I'm just putting my ideas out there.
Panson, you've got a good chance of winning this, even if Admp gets involved. I think it would be best for you not to be the organizer. From talking to people in game there is a good amount of interest in doing it and I think it will go ahead. Some people are being more vocal about Project Cars but I actually think they are in the minority.

I agree that weather/track and cars for every race should be decided before any of the races begin, with a playlist for the series created too.
I only started this to gauge who is interested (maybe you are correct about the PC lot being the vocal minority), I'm not suggesting I should organise it, just wanted to get people's opinions of the details. I think everything should be voted on really so we go with what the majority want. I also think we should rotate the host of each weeks race so the person on pole position changes as another note.

Keep it simple , either pick a class and people have free pick or a 1 car championship, comets good as its hard to drive so we all have to learn.
No teams, scoring is a nightmare when team a has a stand in then next week the stand in is with team b.
Weather etc leave it as current that way nobody can accuse you off practising at night in the rain because only you know that's how the race will be.

Personally I'm not totally sure about the idea of a one make series - having one car is only going to end up suiting some people's driving style better than others which might lead to it being slightly unfair.
I'd vote to have an open car selection, and whilst maybe not every class, then at least switching between sports, super and muscle as they are the ones pretty much everyone has a custom version of (ok, a few people might have to buy one... but then so did most of the GT2 grid last time)

My guess would be it's assumed you'll be busy with another game, so you wouldn't be interested in GTA for a while.AlleyCat said:
