Wow some seriously miserable bds on here.
If you don't want to see gym/food/baby selfies then unfriend or block them or leave FB altogether. But secretly I bet you love snooping on other people's lives and would rather see things like that than an empty news feed wink

I like seeing pics of people's gym results, food, travels etc. because it gives me inspiration to do that kind of stuff, rather than being a miserable jealous tt.
Some people pst genuinely interesting stuff. Other people are attention wes.

Maybe I should come off social media. I'm really not interested in what someone's 2 year old had for lunch.
The other day a work collegue asked if I deleted her off of Facebook and I said yes. She got really offended.

Who would be sad enough to post photos of their tattoos on what used to be a car related website?

I don't do selfies very much, unless it's me and the missus off out to a properly posh do, but I do do pictures of food and stuff. People have given me inspiration from pictures of their food, so maybe I can pass on that inspiration?! The only other thing I post pictures of is my car. Mainly because in years to come, I want to be able to show my future kids what my car was like when I was younger, unlike now where I have to imagine my dads 2.8 Capri because he doesn't have any photos of it frown I still want one, even if his was brown, with a dirty grey pinstripe on it!

Who would be sad enough to post anything that isn't related to cars.... On a car related website?

To me selfies say one thing "I haven't got any mates to take a photo of me"

Also what's with all this crap about "Training" when people work out? Everyone now seems to be "training" for something, when I ask them what event they are training for it turns out they are just keeping fit.

Why does anyone do anything on social media? If you aren't telling people what you're doing why have it?

I think the same about people who put up photos of their awful roast dinners or little brats they call children.

Its the "Expecting a challenging poo" expressions so many tend to wear, my mates daughters, one cant do anything but pout aggressively and ridiculously looking a bit like BA Barracus, and they other cocks her head in an "Arent I goofy and adorable" pose but ends up looking like an intrigued Spaniel.

You can't really believe that, can you, despite the patronising wink?

Can it be within the realms of your comprehension that not everyone is the same and some people are genuinely disinterested in a vacuous st photo someone took of themselves doing something utterly fking banal in an attempt to get attention?

Bizarre.

It's a shame. You have to post photos and update statuses to show people that you are sociable.
Yes, but the problem is I am not sociable and I don't want others to think I am in case they want to visit and be sociable..........This is false advertising.......

I don't understand why you need to make an idiot of yourself by posting a picture of yourself on facebook, when we have a thread here on PH for that very thing.
