Turbo RL (22 years old)

After 22 years of ownership our Turbo RL is going strong and today passed 180,000 miles, so onwards to 200,000 miles.

It would be interesting to hear about the history - what has gone wrong during that time, big bills etc.

Looks very good - congratulations. How many of those miles have you covered? I would echo the previous poster's comments: it would be interesting for those of us who have done lesser mileages to know what we are likely to face in the future.

Looks great - I'm only 7 years in, and at one third of the mileage!

The service file, is as you would imagine very detailed.

The car was supplied from Broughtons Cheltenham to the first owner in 1992, we are are the second owners (obtained the car in 1993), and I will draw up a document showing history and associated expenses.

From memory it had covered 18,000 miles when we took deliver.

99.9% of the history is with Broughtons (apart from some body repairs in December 2014 following a re-end shunt courtesy of a taxi).

I did have a document listing costs/work etc but cannot locate it at the moment.

I'm 32 years old. The Mrs says as soon as we buy a place with more parking (hopefully in the next 6 months) I can have one!
