I am constantly getting a pop up window ""the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" with an OK button, I click on Ok and it reappears every second I click on it making doing anything to try and fix almost impossible. I have tried to remove google accounts and disable downloads (one tip) only it doesn't remove the google accounts. I have tried a other things and nothing fixes it.

Ok a factory reset then, I get to the reset everything button I click on it (interrupted by many of the popups) but nothing happened.

Ok a hard factory reset, Power off, Power on with volume down, select recover, little green android appears but no options above him to select, they are missing.

Any other ideas before I throw the hateful thing against a wall?

Nope, seen that, tried that. Doesn't work.

"First, remove your Google account" I can't do that, I try and it just sits there and doesn't the account is still there.

What about a custom ROM

http://gadgetunlocker.com/install-cm-12-1-lollipop...

They all seem to be saying make sure battery above 45% (ideally 70%)

If you can get abd tools to work you can just put lollipop straight back on

I've been in touch direct with Motorola, they suggested a few things. None of which helped then suggested sending it into their repair centre in Kent. but I won't before I have removed as much as I can and bought a proper phone replacement then if it returns working it'll be sold on.

Thanks though.
