Mini GP1 possible throttle body issue

Hi all posted earlier GP1 just this morning started car EML and Engine emission lights came on stayed on engine missing no power limped to my local garage diagnosed poss throttle body never had an issue with car not confident with diagnoses has any body had this issue would love some advice regards Stephen 99
