Skinners or James Wellbeloved?

I'm having to change my dogs food to a protein source which he hasn't had before. I've created a rod for my own back by giving him bargain bits and bobs and left overs. So basically I'm left with duck flavour.

I have done research and 2 brands fit the role with not having any other protein and being hypoallergenic so the question is Skinners or James Wellbeloved? Does anyone have any opinions on one or the other?
