Why not talk to any Sagaris owner with fully opened vents?

The answer, is no. If it's really wet and sandy, some sand will make its way up, but mud and stone - not a chance.

There are three (or four) styles of side vents one can add to a car.

The fron winglets cut out and meshed which does not have the issue
The front winglets cuts out and have the rubber vag installed which I don't think has an issue
The side winglets by the wheels extended and meshed which does not have an issue

Plus the new winglets just finished on my car which are designed to not have the issue
