5 weeks until BBWF 2015.....
Discussion
I need to:
Remove bonnet and re-fix insulation.
Strip, clean, "wet and dry", prime, paint and fit new rocker covers.
Remove plenum
Replace various heater hoses and flush cooling system
Replace injectors with refurbished set
Replace various fuel lines.
Make bracket for new adjustable fuel regulator and fit.
Refit plenum.
Fit new spark plugs
Fit new HT leads.
Dream of new HiSpec 4 pot brake upgrades and decide whether I should treat myself.
Somehow get rid of stinking exhaust smell from boot so the wife doesn't get too pissy putting clothes etc in boot for BBWF weekend.
Confirm kid sitter for cheeky kids for BBWF weekend.
Sort out Grant of Probate for my dads estate
Clear and clean dads house out so it can be sold.
Sort out garden prior to £5k worth of landscaping going ahead in 2 weeks.
Breath.
Book flights, hotels, hire cars etc for "once in a life time" major holiday back to Chile where lad was born and we used to live.
Breath a bit more.
Revise and hopefully pass senior managers CSCS H&S and Environment test.
Oh bugger - and do day job.

Yup some jobs my end...
- replace both outriggers
- refit interior
- refit side sills
- full geo set up
- figure out why the rear brakes judder
- paint front wilwood calipers red
- service
- replace steering column bush
- make some wheel center caps
- replace fuel hoses and some water hoses
- wet sand and polish all the body work
- add "martini" racing stripes down the center of the car
- get some larger diameter tail trims and the current look weedy
should do it....

Sadly looks like my SEAC won't be there (again .. sounding like a broken record)
My mate who is doing the new custom loom for the Emerald has been snapped up by McLaren
to work as development engineer on their road cars.
But it will be finished one day.
In the mean time, I needed a V8 in my life, so I test drove a british V8 coupe and a German V8 convertible.
The German car won as I must be getting old and just preferred the automatic box. The clutch on the British car was the heaviest I have ever user. About twice the effort of the SEAC clutch.
Any chance of a passenger seat ride in either a SEAC or a 450SE on the run out - as I need to have a proper top up of TVR magic to give me back my enthusiasm to get it finished.
Sadly looks like my SEAC won't be there (again .. sounding like a broken record)

2011 I think I was in France on the bike with Nursy and since 2012 the car's been laid-up following its recurrent brake issues.
I was there either last year or the year before but took the bike; I'll make a decision on whether to make the 400 mile round trip closer to the time as work is still a bit up in the air.

looking forward to this! I haven't been for a few years now...maybe 4? I haven't been to a single wedge meet up since the restoration...
Is there going to be a RR this year? I know that they usually struggle for numbers but I would be up for it.
Checked my paperwork and the last dyno my car did was 7 years ago at BBWF 2008! She managed a very respectable:
249.9 BHP @ 5040 RPM
277 LBS of Torque
I would be up for putting it on again, if for no other reason to hear how loud it now when on full chat stood right behind her
