Last rides of 2015 for me today...did 50 miles on he KR1 this morning..

Bought that home and headed out on the GSXR for a longer ride out with Mrs P ..She is re-taking Mod 1 again end of this month, so we finished off with an hour of brake/swerve and slow speed exercises she isnt so confident with.

Im glad I passed my test many moons ago..

Lovely...Spotted one of those today , they are a nice looking bit of kit, my Dad is looking likely to buy an ER6F as a first bike very soon, I was impressed with that on a brief test ride.

As everyone else is doing tours of Scotland.....

Doing my bit to rid Scotland of as many bugs as possible

Hope you stopped at Applecross for lunch? I love that part of the world. Cycled over the Bealach on my push bike last year, and then round the coast to Shieldaig, great views.
We actually stopped at Applecross for the night. Stayed at the camp site and had a very pleasant evening at the inn, they were quite a sociable bunch.

Who says Scotland in September is miserable? Here was the view on the way to the pub.

made my first visit to Scotland August this year, sadly in the car but I will return on the bike for sure...cracking pics.

Fantastic!
Massively chuffed for you and don't let anyone tell you bad things about 3-spokers. It's all you'll ever need.

That's a really nice colour scheme and a nice bike, I really liked the original Fireblade in similar colours and very nearly bought one in 1993.

Had a rather large hangover this morning so no riding today. Decided to get the gardening done that Ive been putting off for ages. Then cracked on with some good old cleaning.

I've splattered a few flys over the last couple of rides.

Snowing

How the hell do you manage to get a blob of tar this big onto your wheel. Took ages to remove it.

Just finnished washing it and Johnny Vagas turned up mirthering.

Strange stain thankfully polished off ok. Possibly from the exhaust gasses. Any ideas anyone ?

Ive always been a wax man but I bought some sealant. Can't believe how easy it was to apply / buff off biggrin

Wearing 2 x Coats

Between doing all that managed to get started on the cars winter preparation ( what I bought the sealant for ) hopefully it will look and last well when I get around to doing it.

Finnished just in time to make a lovely Sunday roast byebye

I went out for a ride today and ended up at Rutland Water, just in time to see this flying over.
