Looking to lodge in Southampton from September

Its a long shot. But i start an apprenticeship near the docks in September at the ripe old age of 23.

I currently live in Shaftesbury, Dorset and have been lodging for the past year so im well house trained :P .

I thought it would be nice to share a house with a person with a hobby in common, if possible.

Without being too fussy, id prefer a house with a garage as i will have a motorbike with me.

I would consider living outside of the city.

Nice idea, my house is currently full but it's in Bournemouth, otherwise it would have suited well I think! Best of luck finding a place

I just put in an offer on a house in Southampton (outskirts) that was accepted Wednesday. I will be living there during the week. I work there but live in Poole. I will be looking for 2 lodgers. It has a garage that I believe would fit my car and a motorbike.

Not sure how long it will be before I can let it as I am going to need to do some renovation work when I get the house.

I hope it will be ready by September.

Bump.
Ive been given notice to move out of the house i ended up lodging in from August 18th (landlord is selling the house).
A long shot, but does anyone have a room going spare on the west side of Southampton?
