Graciously accept my apology, I felt Spanish is perhaps your mother tongue. My error!

The pre-race commentary on the BBC was woeful.

With Coulthard's grid walk my toes were curling so badly I turned the sound off.

Isn't all the pre race guff terrible? I usually have it on on mute just in case they get Lee doing one of her excellent driver interviews but aside from that I'm usually browsing PH before the race starts!

My macaroons haven't risen as much as I'd have liked. They're ok, just not as tall as I was hoping. I think I may have over beaten my egg whites.

My peaks started to droop a little after I'd finished folding in the sweet goo.

I've got another batch on the go, but this time with smaller globules so I wonder if this lot will be a better result. Just practising so I don't mind clearing up the mistakes...

Chill the whites in the fridge for 10 mins, it's warm today.

The British Grand Prix in 1991 was memorable for a couple of reasons. We were standing in the Vale when Senna, who was leading and heading for a win, ran out of fuel and sputtered past us to stop. You should have heard the cheer. Mansell won and on his victory lap stopped to pick up Senna. It looked very hairy what they were doing.

Following the signs on the way to Silverstone, we did Motorway, slower A roads, much slower B roads and then - are there C roads? - single track roads, where we stopped. After half an hour with the engine off I unclicked my seat belt and settled down for a wait. Immediately there was a knock on the window. It was a young copper. "You're still on a public road, sir. Seat belt on, please."
Good deed done i remember that as i told mansell to pick him up.
