As I'm in an apartment with the parking garage downstairs I'm hoping this might make it a little easier to give the car the occasional clean when it's slightly grubby. It'll certainly make doing the wheels a simpler task.

When I saw the control tower the other day to photograph for here there was a chap quietly working on a Y Type Ford in front of an adjacent building. We had a long chat and I took some pics but I can't think where to post them. It's not really a Classic Spotted and it isn't a Left To Rot.

I've got clean wheels without moving the car from its parking spot.

Now, just the kitchen scissors to buy, but I think I'll do that after Qualifying. Contemplating one of those mini blowtorch thingies too. Not because I suddenly want to start making crème brûlées but because my basic stick-shaped candle lighter loses its gas after a day or two. So a miniature Bunsen burner seems the obvious solution.
