Yesterday I 'ran' 15km on the crosstrainer. Then 2km on a rowing machine. Followed by 15km on the bike. I had an enjoyable sauna after that. Right now I'm enjoying a Swedish Xmas beer.
I hope this response was trivial enough.

I don't know if you remember but earlier this year I severely fked my neck up, The neuro s are going to cut the front of my neck open, shuffle everything across out of the way drill into my spine then chop out all the offending bits of the intravertebral disc and then put a titanium cage in and fasten it all back together.
It is going to be about as pleasant as it sounds. frown

I`m not looking forward to the surgery but I am looking forward to being able to feel my hand and arm properly and to not having to take the massive doses of painkillers so I can function.
I'm sure it'll all go well GOG. I've had a few surgeries done by the NHS now and while they seem to mess up the little things they are bloody superb when it actually comes down to the surgery itself.

It'll go fine and I hope you have a speedy recovery.

Only showing 5 on the Triv-O-Meter.

Try spreading these activities over several days to get a higher reading.

For example, I tried the apparatus with 'enjoying a Swedish Xmas Beer' on its own and immediately there was a 9.2.

"Hi, my name's Reeshard; some men on the internet would like me to take your photograph."

Your inner dialogue spoke clearly and succinctly. Apropos perving; where's Chunks these days? He's not been here for yonks and the accumulated boxes of Red Stag are blocking the entrance to the snug bar. If the stack gets any bigger we'll have to start running the snow blower with it.
The accumulation of Red Stag is not accidental. We're getting ready for the Great Return-O-Chunks Celebration.

Have patience.

Thought I'd dip in here and try my hand at trivialities.

I've just had lunch whilst my daughter sat in a suitcase watching cartoons on her iPad pretending she was in an airplane.

That trivial enough?

1.6 on the trivometer is quite poor.

Try harder next time.....nuts

The sat nav invited me to, "Stay on this road for a long time."

Is that a long time according to me, the VAG group or my eldest lad when he was three?

Had some good(ish) news today, I am apparently fit enough for the neuro-surgeons to chop open.
The sleep apnoea is still an issue as it means I need a high dependency (one down from ICU) bed rather than a normal surgical bed. I am pleased I am on the list but stting myself about the surgery, I really shouldnt have googled it to see exactly what they were planning to do.
Yeah googling medical stuff is often not a good idea... but on that aside it does sound like things are moving in the right direction at least! Fingers crossed for you Gog smile

Was due to meet a friend for dinner then the theatre so booked a half day off work so I can get into London on time. Now she has messaged me to say she is working from home today and won't get into town for dinner, and will meet me at the theatre. Pretty peeved tbh, she lives in London and the plan was to catch up over dinner, after the show I'm having to dash off to get my train home so we won't have a chance to chat frown

Someone posted pics of the aftermath of a long forgotten TT fest.

To the untrained eye they could have been corpses.

Because he hasn't posted anything in here for a while and I know that he had a bad infection.
