F1 themed restaraunt in Ascot.

I remember going to this either in Ascot, or somewhere close to it about 20 years ago.
I believe it closed because they premises was bought out by a competitor.
It was a "buffet" type restaurant where you picked ingredients and cooked it your self, using country themed recipes.
Anyone else every go there, or know if they re-opened elsewhere?
ETA: it MAY have been called "Chicanes"
