Wedge personality Award

Hi Peeps..We still need a person for this award, Is there anyone who you think goes above and beyond to help his fellow Wedger...(Not me again..) Or just someone who deserves it for being a bloody nice chap...

I would like to nominate Oliver Winterbottom - he's a personality allright, and a good egg, and he is definitely into Wedges after all this time.

Mmmm...Good choice....I would have to get his twin to come to this years event to collect it though.....

I have been kindly advised that we did give Oliver an award for recognition of designing the Wedge a couple of years ago so looks like we need someone else...Come on ...A wedger who goes above and beyond to help his fellow Wedger's...If we have no takers then the award will go back in the cupboard.

I would like to nominate Keith (KKson), because he always gives good advice on the forum, is a keen Wedger, he is coming to the Fest and he sent me his own light covers when I had trouble finding a pair. Though he is relatively new on the Wedge scene, he has solid foundations of a good Wedger.

Zig there is a bloke who's helped me a lot. Never met him but if you go into your bathroom and look around I'm pretty sure you'll see him looking at you!

Mark you are the man. It seems daft that despite most wishing to vote for you it is deemed unacceptable for you to win. Who made the rules? Are they written down? Is it time for change?

We live in a democracy so if the majority vote for you then why the bloody hell can you not get the award?

Quite right actually..So on that note i have ditched the hand painted tin plate, Cup and plastic spoon..Which is a shame as the neighbours kids are pretty good at painting...And have decided a cash prize of 500 smackers is more appropriate.....

Seriously though i am truly honoured that you would nominate me again but I'm simply paying my thanks to TVR Wedge ownership and the people around them as these last 5 years have helped pull me from a very dark place...No not the cupboard under the stairs...Im too big for that now!...But i will be indebted to the Wedge until i die as i have found a new and wonderful lease of life..

Mark was always my choice of wedge personality, the amount of help he has given me personally this year goes above and beyond anything I could have expected from a bloke I have only actually met once.

I hear there are people being nominated on other forums who don't even go to the wedge fest never heard of some of them ! Best they bin them nominations ! I say zig should stick his head up done great job last year ! And will do his best again this year

Thought that the award was for the person who's done most in the last year for fellow wedgers in particular and wedges in general
Wether that person has won it before shouldn't be a consideration
I think that (again) zig is the stand out nominee
