Fix Auto in Rochester - anyone used them? any good?

As per title really - has anyone used them for accident repairs? I have been told they are my closest Audi approved repair centre (well according to the insurance company). I need some body work done and would rather use someone else, but on the flip side if I go through these guys it will be a quicker process.

Any feedback on these people would be appreciated.

Literally just up the road from me, but I'd not heard of them until this post. They seem to be based around the back of the petrol station at the top of Four Elms Hill. I'd also be interested in any feedback just in case I ever need a local body shop

My wife's car was repaired there previously.

Very good standard of repair and colour match to metallic blue was spot on.

The Audi approved repair centre for the Maidstone site is in Hawkhurst if memory serves. My insurance co said use the Audi approved repairer suggested by Audi to maintain warranty. His insurance company wanted to use the guys you mentioned because they were cheap.

thanks for the comments - they seem to have mixed revews on-line.

Think I am going to go more local and used the garage that the Audi dealer recommended over these guys.
