I see from the Bible that Graham recommends fitting slightly bigger viton BS0545-30 'O' rings to the TBs. I have done a search and only found the main distributor in the uk who don't deal with small orders, so wondering if anyone knew where you can get them from?

German chap Günther recommended these: http://www.hug-technik.com/shop/product_info.php?i...
Fitted them long time ago and they are working fine.

Perhaps a bulk order is the easiest way forward. What was the minimum order from the UK guy?

Thought someone may have already sourced them in the UK, I will drop the distributor a message to see if they have contact details for any suppliers of these particular o rings !

I'd be after atleast 30. Although, I think M4TTI found a source for these. Should read through his engine build thread.

A quick search found a UK site selling 25 for £3.89. Can't really complain at that but I haven't checked if there is a minimum value order. Is this the UK one mentioned above?

Any chance of a link, spent sometime looking on Google and eBay!

These O Rings are Nitrile, which as I understand it work at a lower temp range than Viton O Rings. Not sure it would matter in this application but I would rather go for the higher temp performance of the Viton if possible. I will contact the distributor and see if I can source from anywhere....

For anyone that is interested in getting any of these I have managed to order some from http://www.brammer.co.uk/ who have branches across the UK. Not super cheap but was able to order a smaller quantity than the Viton main distributor could process.

Not sure on the exact sizes, just gave them the code and they ordered me 20, they cost a little over £1 each.

Just to let people know, on trying to fit these I found them to be too big for the throttle bodies. Definately the right code so not sure why.....?
