Curious to know how many Evoras have reached high mileage , say 100,000 miles ?

59k for mine. I have put 20k on it in the last year. Still feels like new.

Only 38k on mine, but works great.

Given the pedigree of the engine though, I wouldn't expect any issues even with
high-mileage.

Only 16.5k on my 2010 Evora, though 10% of that mileage is in the 2 months I have owned it! It's going great...

I test drove a yellow one as Chris Neils with 48k on the clock and it was mint and drove like new.

I only resisted because I was a bit nervy about resale and ideally wanted a white one so held off. Certainly seem to be able to handle the miles well.

My car is now on 61k miles so I am thinking of changing. I drove a 2014 SR with 3000 miles on it on Friday and then got into mine and drove home.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that mine is just as taut handles just as well and if anything was a little quicker than the SR. The interior of mine has worn well too, the seat bolsters are not as bad as I had feared.

If anything the test drive made me question the wisdom of spending an extra £19k for a lower mileage car, I am not convinced that its worth doing, except for the better nav!

The outside of my seats were more worn on my 30k car than the yellow one with 20k more...I think its more likely many short trips in and out of the seat will wear them than longer m'way trips. A leather restoration kit off the net soon had them sorted mind.

I've got the upgraded Pioneer unit in mine and not the original Alpine. It's better but I would still be interested in a further upgrade - what is the current system of choice? Even upgrading the maps on the Pioneer will be a few hundred quid so if a new unit is £500 or so I might be tempted just to swap it for the latest one to offset the cost of updating sat nav.

I think the later models have gone back to an Alpine unit anyway

Alpine 920 as against the 505.

Mine has gone full circle from the rubbish 505 to the pioneer to the alpine 920 latest one.

My IPS is on 34,000 miles , and with these comments I am going to keep the existing car and not look at a 400. The swap would cost about £35k and not be good value . Out of warranty but only 8000 miles pa so a long way to go .......
