Trustworthy garage in Birch Grove / Rhiwbina

The Superb has developed a dragging n/s front caliper. I had the other side changed a few thousand miles ago along with discs and pads as the pads had cooked.

Since I am currently in a rented flat and don't have access to my tools or facilities, can anyone recommend a good local garage in the Birch Grove/ Rhiwbina area who won't try and take the mickey.

Not that close but ACE MOT in Fanny Street, Cathays are always good for me.

Pretty close by is Three Arches Garage. I've used them for various cars for over a decade and always have a good experience.

Monico Garage, formerly where the Monico cinema was now on Llanishen Industrial Est.

My old man has used them for 20 years+ and they seem to be a good bunch of guys

The other half has been using New Inn Motors for years and they've always done a good job.

I ended up ringing several in the area including a couple of those mentioned above but only one got back to me with a price and availability.

Which one? I work in this area so could do with some feedback. I've found Monaco to be decent in the past.

For future ref but but further away NG motors splott they are family run vag specialist. Myself and brother use them and they are great. No messing about Looking for problems and reasonable prices.
