What's the best white paint for a TVR?

Rebuilding a 390SE and interested in spraying the car in some kind of 'white'. Prefer a pearl or metallic finish if poss. Don't want to go as dark as ivory but does anyone know what whites were available on the 1980's Wedges? I had an Old English White MGA which was a nice colour, a kind of creamy white.

What do you guys think?

I love the current white pearlescent on some cars.

I do casual work for local Ferrari/Maserati dealership and the Maser pearl white makes the GranTurismo look stunning...IMHO.

Seriously the paint code says black, and the only colour that matches is appliance white from halfrauds

My 400SE has paint code P420-KV54 which I think is Arctic white. as far as I can tell, this is the colour of most of the white wedges I have seen.

I'd agree with you re MG creamy white.

Or

Go modern and use one of the pearlescent whites.
Saw a T350 in this and looked awesome!
