After some advice regarding two job offers. Bit of background, I'm a graduate who applied for two roles. The two companies are in the same industry, with company A who are a medium sized family run business (£50m+ turnover and growing fast every year) who focus more on unique high end specialist developments nationwide, where I would be working under the head of the department. Company B are a ftse100 company where I would be working under the two directors, both great opportunities which I wasn't expecting to get.
I accepted the offer verbally with company A, as I didn't expect the offer from B. Then today got a offer from B, now I have till Monday to decide. What do people consider when deciding between two offers?

Big companies can be an arse to work for, being 90% politics and 10% getting anything done. Family bussineses can be very dominated by the family, so your experience can be very coloured by a small number of individuals and how you get on with them. Athough at £50m turnover I guess they might be past that.
Their not so much a family business, just the founding family still head the company board and they are the best at what they do and win the main awards last year. I just think i'll have more satisfaction from the smaller company projects as they are unique and individual. Most likely less office politics for the smaller company as il only be reporting to the head of department only.
Il also be relocating from warwickshire to either essex or surrey depending on the job I take. The larger company offer a overall better package and think surrey would be a better place to live? But higher rents.
