Can you get a businees to send you missing items?

I ordered an electrical item which was listed in the advert as coming with a list of accessories.

It arrived with none of them.

They have offered me a refund, I would rather have the missing items as I want to get on with using the item to fix my car.

No one else has this offer listed. The only other offer has less accessories at a lower price, this would be ok, but yesterday the item went on back order for 2 weeks so I cant order this anytime soon.

Everything I search for just lists getting a refund, is there any legal way to get what is missing instead?

Have you tried asking for the missi g items? What was their response. If they haven't go them then they can't send them to you.

I asked if I could get the missing items, the person on the chat said - unfortunately no - however they do have the individual items in stock.

I should say, they looked into the product and they said they don't sell the combination that was listed, it was incorrect, however they still haven't changed the description yet, just sent it to the amendment team.

Presumably if it was advertised with the items included they should send them to you. Seems like a bit of a con, send you without then ask you to pay for them.

no doubt the lawyers will tell you had a contract to supply you with all the items you paid for, they are in breach on contract, you are entitled to be put in the position as if the contract had been fulfilled, plus a blowjob.
Real life doesn't work like that
