Having read the guide and BBC I will be watching it until Humans starts on C4. TBH even the producer(?) says its a bit pants.

I like Guy, but does he know anything about cars??

At least the other 3 have driven thousands of cars between them so can probably give us an idea of what is decent and what isn't. Think that'll be the problem with Evans. How many Ford RS's or MX5's or even 3/5series BMs will he have driven?? Great breakfast show, but no motoring journalist. And that 1-off TFI Friday was dire. Still not sure he's the answer. Be happy to be proven wrong though.

Looking forward to it (this final episode tongue out). For it all it's silliness I'll miss the Top Gear with Clarkson/May/Hammond but it needed to move on eventually IMO.

Are some thinking it's a new series?
TV info says:
"Compilation of two features from the most recent series. The presenters immerse themselves in the world of classic cars, with Jeremy Clarkson in a Fiat 124 Spider, Richard Hammond in an MGB GT and James May in a Peugeot 304 Cabriolet. They also enter the realm of the sports utility vehicle as they find out what sort of SUV can be bought for just a few hundred pounds before putting them through a series of challenges" smile

I thought it was new footage, from the unscreened episodes which were cancelled.

It is, it's bits of the final two that weren't screened.

There seems to be an elephant in the room.

Oops! Someone's already mentioned it.
