For some unknown reason that is the same Sunday each year as the Walton-on-the-Naze classic car show.

http://www.wonclassiccarshow.co.uk/

It could have been a week earlier or later when there is nothing else happening and both shows could have had nearly twice the amount of classic cars.

Walton is always good if the sun is shining. smile

I'd also be up for going to the Maldon show. Any guys from the breakfast meets that are going along?

Correct me if I'm wrong but Walton seems more strictly classic whereas at Maldon pretty much anything interesting seems to go? Saw a real eclectic mix heading home from maldon past me last year.

Saw some photos from it last year and wished I had gone.
What time does it all happen?

The flyer for it says Public 10am, display cars 8am.

I'll definitely go as it's walking distance from my house.

Think I might take this just for fun:

It's also on the same day as the Matching Green Sports and Classic car show

I'll be going to this as it's literally just down the road! Think if you get there early enough you can show your cars, so if anyone is looking to see two polarising examples of potentially unreliable, leaky and uncomfortable British cars, head to my Land Rover and Lotus pair. hehe
