Can anyone recomend a decent water seal for the bottom of a fixed shower screen, my screen is a fixed one and looks like this.

Might be a bit hard to see but its got a return on it of about 6 inches.

The ones I have tried all seem to leak a bit and go a disgusting yellow colour. Also are you meant to cut the seal either side of the 90 deg turn or wrap it round in one go, it always seems to leak from here.

Is it not easier to just use a bead of silicone ?

Aye, you could run a small bead of silicone both sides, then smooth both sides at once, should leave a nice finish.

Go to one of the larger B&Q's and to ask in the bathroom section as they aren't on display and tell them the thickness of your glass . It's sold by the metre so Ii had to get 2m for mine.

Plenty on the bay, probably need a round seal that will squash against the bath.
