Glen

Looks good, amazing what can be achieved with a little money and a lot of effort. The engine bay in particular looks fantastic.

If I'm honest I'm not sold on the black body stripes but each to their own. I'll have a closer look next time I see you and perhaps I'll change my mind?

Simon

To me, a white Wedge with a red interior, is like a blonde woman wearing black. It's simply gorgeous. You have done an excellent job of the final result but I wouldn't have fitted the black stripes and changed the entire interior to red, including the seats. just my opinion.

Cheers guys.....the stripes are love or hate but I like em so tough lol

Bet you change your mind when you see it, looks way better in the flesh

Rich.....wasn't happy with the martini concept so once I painted the wing mirrors it gave me the theme for the rest of the car :-)

Glen, looks great and I like the black stripes. Boot fasteners are a very clever way of disguising the old spoiler holes. See you Saturday. Cheers.

We'll see.......what I find quite random is its way better to drive than the 420 ever was

Way more lower down torque.....feels quicker.......maybe down to the better suspension and way better brakes giving more corner confidence

Looking at it again, the way that the front spoiler goes up in to the wheelarch is unusual isn't it or is the heat getting to me?

its not the heat, on the early ones the front spoiler was a bolt on after thought, which is why it has those sticky up bits at either side.....one the later ones its blended into the body
