more L405 problems - anybody have same issues?

a few recent problems - just wonder if anybody else had the same/similar problems as I need 'proof' to give to the main dealer for warranty work to be carried out as Ipod/one touch locking is intermittent and dealer cannot allegedly replicate?
a) deployable side steps - after drivers side was replaced due to rust on the stainless steel the closing of said steps has gone out of synch - passenger side stays deployed for several minutes longer
main dealer 'reflashed' the software with an update from LR but the problem persists
b) rear tailgate - where the 'spoiler' meets the gloss plastic trim there are now wear/scuff marks - obviously the tailgate has 'dropped'?
c) one touch locking - sometimes works/sometimes not - eg this morning drove seven miles to meeting and it worked perfectly - drove home and refused to work - then drove one mile and it worked again
when it does not work it applies to all door handles
you feel a right lemon when it does not work as you stand in a car park tapping away like a bloody demented woodpecker!
d) Ipod interface - works for say a week or more and then keeps dropping connection - you have to unplug/plug many times before it reconnects - but will often loose connection minutes later - the socket in the centre console seems 'loose?
my cable is an apple one and the I pod works flawlessly away from the car so its not at fault
