Lots of panned aerial shots with cheap CGI explosions pasted on top. Still it might be a a watch when it's available as a cheap download in a couple of years.

I imagine it'll be a bit of brain out fun, at least to see London's landmarks be demolished, but much like the first movie it'll be a forgettable action romp.

Firefly had a great deal of subtlety to it's scripts;

Americans don't often do subtlety.

Firefly? Wtf?

Firefly was over a decade ago. Fillion is now an overweightish Castle.

Different genres. Different fking industries ffs. Different mediums.

Seriously. Get Over It.

... a sequel so good that apparently the director of the first one turned it down after reading the script...

Is that what happened? Seems hard to believe that Antoine Fuqua turns anything down. Nonetheless, if this sequel is even half as fun as Olympus Has Fallen it will still be a massive big barrel of fun. The first one was the best Die Hard film since Die Hard.

Me too, once it comes on Sky. I quite enjoyed the first one, just need to disengage brain for a bit.
