Anyone care to diagnose? Non itchy, no creams or brush against anything, only on arms or legs, was there yesterday but a lot milder. Feels fine, no temp.

have a look at http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/pityriasis-rosea/Page...

our year old gets a milder version on his back and tummy in hot weather bit like a heat rash worse when he hs been in the bath, looks like pink marbling . We have loads of creams and stuff from doc but still comes and goes .

Apologies for stating the obvious, you say on arms and legs only, exposed parts of arms and legs, shorts and t-shirt day, outdoors? Mild contact allergy perhaps, certain grasses? I'd say if it happens again or often then try a mild liquid anti-histamine like cetirizine? If it goes away in 5-10 mins then that's possibly it.
