the amount of ahole airsofters who wear patches like these along with their regimental badges and flashes makes the mind boggle!
Typical tat I could sell-out at your average skirmish because somone who was once in the regiment looked at it!
There is a bronze statue doing the rounds which was apparently modelled after a serving SAS guy and is advertised as such, I know for fact that it's an airsofter who was used as the model and all the kit on the statue is an airsofters and not an SF guy etc...

British special forces have been given the green light to launch raids deep into ISIS-held territory in Syria and Iraq, senior intelligence sources have revealed.
Amid growing alarm at the threat posed directly to Britain, the SAS has been given 'carte blanche' to kill or capture the terror group's leaders – including the masterminds behind the Tunisian beach massacre.
An elite force of up to 100 troops is expected to be committed to the secret war, working alongside US special forces and Navy Seal teams.

Or perhaps they have belatedly learned to keep their noses out of business that should be no concern of ours.
But the filthy cancerous vermin made it our business when they started killing innocent British people! That wasn't a dig, I'm the same. If somebody hurt/killed the people I care about, I'd want them dead and might actually try to kill them myself (you never know until it happens to you). I realise that won't help in the long run though, the violence will just perpetuate itself.

I'm not an expert and it's not a view I share but I believe that if British people are being affected by terrorism then our country should be prepared to do what they can to keep us safe both at home and abroad. The quote in the picture posted strikes me as something you would see in American propaganda but again, I'm sure many Americans would disagree.
My friend, I agree that a nation should do whatever to quell the threat from within, but when it is foreign policy causing the upsets perhaps it is time to look in the mirror.Who trained & helped supply arms to the Mujahideen (Osama Bin Laden) in Afghanistan?
Who helped train Saddam's forces drop chemical bombs on the Kurds?
Who is at this very moment aiding the Islamic 'rebels' (gotta love that term considering they're radical Islam) in their desperate fight against the Assad regime?
I would suggest as a first step you pay closer attention to current affairs if you are interested in current affairs.

Slightly O/T, but it depresses me that the side-effect of the communications revolution is that nothing seems to be a secret any more. Media seems to put the chance of a "scoop" before any thought that it actually might be a good idea to keep it a bit quiet. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3149995/Br...

Absolutely. This, and the naming of suspects in a crime before they are proven guilty, is one of the great atrocities of 21st century media coverage.
