Isn't it the DVSA now too, no longer VOSA.

They all show up on the video, you can't read what it says but you can see them lit up.

can't read it but you can see the matrix sign is active .

DVSA can technically stop anyone BTW ... it;s just most of their activtiy is directed towards to COPmmercial vehicles ...
