Lotus Elite carb tuning Kent?

I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for someone who could tune a pair of new Weber carburettors on my Lotus Elite. I don't have the equipment or the knowledge but a bit of a try this afternoon has improved things to the point where an expert would make the car perfect. A good mobile mechanic or garage recommendation in the Ashford area would be much appreciated.

Old carbs were beyond rescue, rightly or wrongly thought Webers might be more easily maintained going forward.
