How many times have other owners seen complete bell ends drive like absolute reckless idiots just to get passed?

Was absolutely shocked last night by the antics of a plain dark grey Vauxhall of some description! I saw it in the mirror in the half light and backed right
off thinking it was the old bill. He caught up and overtook me into a blind bend on an A road near Market Harborough Northampton, absolute tw.t!

cool story bro

Who cares which car overtakes you, maybe he was in a hell of a hurry and you were going slower than him?

Trust you didn't speed up to prolong his overtake into the blind bend...

Also it's "past" when he came "past".

So what's your point? I presume you think it's because you are in a "superior" vehicle and he was trying to prove a point? If so, I drive an mx5 and I've had much more expensive cars do similar to me in my "lesser" vehicle. Happy now?

I'm going to put the kettle on. This thread looks ripe. Anyone else fancy a cuppa?

"Lesser cars seems to be driven by lesser people" seems to be the subtext of this thread

I drive an old Volvo FL10 and yesterday I saw a Lamborghini painted the worst shade of purple I've ever seen with pink pinstripes. I tried to catch and overtake it so I could take a picture to show that having an expensive car doesn't mean you have taste. Sadly I got stuck behind a Vauxhall and couldn't catch it.

Had this on Sunday in the E63 in the centre of London. Some epic bell-end in a tragic 15 year-old barried up three series coupe undertook a lethal, tyre squealing, weaving ride of death up St James's, just to prove he could get away from the lights faster than I could

Some people drive like tts

Those people drive all sorts of cars, big and small, cheap and expensive.

You see it more often in 'lesser' cars because there are more Vauxhalls than there are Ferraris

The odds of a McLaren owner driving a complete nob do not differ much from the odds of an Astra owner driving like a complete nob

Its fair to say that if someone said what the OP wrote in real life then anyone within earshot would cringe and think a of the OP as being pompous for saying so. Some would even challenge the OP on what he has just said - and rightly so.

I havent seen any keyboard warrioring as yet - as no one has come out with "yer if you said that I'd smash your face in" or simliar.

Classic British reaction, OP gets told off for choice of words, when infact the serious issue here is the pr$ck with a driving licence who could have had a head on collision with an oncoming car, possibly a young family of 4

Grow up chaps.

I guess no one told you that this forum has a built in detector for words such as lesser, poorer, etc. when one of these words is typed, an email will instantaneously be sent out by pistonheads to all of the most self righteous defenders of the people this forum has to offer, these democratic warriors will in turn receive the email, go straight to your thread and post to let you know just how much of a dick they think you are.

It's all just politics.

But yea, this doesn't surprise me at all, a flashy car gets all sorts of people wound up. One thing I really hated of my old f430.

Worryingly our nation is becoming twisted and crippled by the jealousy of the growing number of socialist tosspots. How dare you have a nice car and come on here to tell us that, especially since the Vauxhall driver was an SNP cyber socialist.

You missed the point of the comments, the prick could have been overtaking any car, the fact that he was passing a supercar could have been merely coincidence.

...and there would be others who think you sound like a boring member of the PC brigade.

I'm assuming you don't drive a supercar?
No, bikes are my thing - not supercars.

Want a race?

oh, and then you deleted your post?????
