After my little 'off' at Snetterton yesterday I need a few bits sprayed (Front bumper, o/s wing).

My local bodyshop is far more focussed on insurance jobs with the consequent price and the insistence that the bonnet door etc need to be blended in, hiking the price even more.

So I need someone who will do a good job but not expect insurance company money for what will be a simple job.

Any suggestions guys?

I live between Stowmarket and Diss, so Ipswich to Norwich area is a reasonable distance.

We've often used Stratton Motor Company in Long Stratton for bodywork and have been please with their work.

PHer Kidders, based in Norwich, may be able to help, too.

East Bilney were good for my brother's insurance claim a few years ago, but in my experience, if they aren't interested in a job they won't tell you and so end up wasting your time.

You may hear of C&S Body Care in Norwich, but I wouldn't go near them again, either.

I hope she'll be repaired and back to normal soon. Watch out of out of control Radicals!

I've always been pleased with Diss Accident and Repair Centre in Palgrave.

Also, but probably too far away, Cropley Green in Ely are excellent.

I'd give Robin at RJM Body Repairs a call - he's in Stowmarket by the train station.

Nick in the barn in Woodton (just the other side on Bungay) may be able to help - he was the guy I recommended to do your Yeti wings.
Although it looks like you have plenty of suggestions already smile

Mike, was it you in the Civic that hit the inside barrier at Riches at the end of the evening session? If so, was it lift off oversteer?

Edit - never mind, saw in the other thread it was the GT86.

Just picked my RS4 up from RJM in Stowmarket today, paint finish and standard of work is outstanding. By far the best body repair I've ever had done, very happy.

Work is superb, took other recommendations for RJM as I haven't lived around here that long. Very glad I did, only trouble now is the rest of the car will need detailing to match!!

Big vote of confidence for RJM from me too, just picked up the bumper and wing, what a superb job they've made of them.
